Shipping & Returns

• Shipping - Our intent is to ship all orders on the next business day, but orders placed on Fridays and weekends may not ship until Tuesday. From time to time other delays may happen but such delays are not common. Delays can be caused by ice and snow storms, and heavy rains can cause delay if they are present during the time UPS package pick up occurs, no one wants to get a wet package.

  Shipping Quotes: To get a shipping quote add items to your cart the start the check out process. There will be a section in the first stage of check out where you can get a shipping quote for your order.

  Returns - All sales are final, we cannot take ammunition in return that has been in the hands of the public. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event of you receiving product that is defective from the manufacturer we will either have the return made to the manufacturer for exchange or to us for an exchange or refund, our choice.

  Canceled orders that have been shipped: If a shipment is refused by the customer or an order is canceled while in transit, the order is subject to up to a 20% restocking fee to cover the lost costs sunk into the transaction attempt.

• Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES

  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
